The Up Foundation has been working since 2011 to promote cross-sector cooperation and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainable development in Pomerania.

The Foundation’s mission is to initiate and support local development using the potential of cross-sector cooperation between business, NGOs and public institutions.

The Foundation was created on the initiative of leaders from different sectors, people who recognize the need for socio-economic change in Pomerania.

We promote the importance of social responsibility in the activities of oranizations and companies. We help build and implement CSR strategies and activities. We know how to do it effectively.

We promote CSR best practices, support local development, and integrate the business, NGO and local government communities.
