FORGE OF LEADERS AND LEADERS OF GDANSK NGO
A series of workshops for a group of women and community leaders from Gdansk, Poland
Forge is a series of free group workshops for 12 leaders of Gdansk NGOs
We strengthen people who manage organizations and social projects.
We support in building socially responsible organizations.
We teach the use of tools to facilitate daily work in 3. sector.
You will learn:
- How to become an authentic leader/leader,
- How to support diversity in an organization,
- How not to get lost in the legal aspects of NGOs,
- How to implement a CSR strategy,
- How to raise funds, conduct and account for projects,
- How to communicate outside and inside the organization
and much more…
What is the plan?
A total of 7 weekend conventions
In the period from December 2023 to the end of May 2024:
on Fridays from 17:00- 20:00
Saturdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
All workshops are conducted using active methods
In front of an experienced and professional coaching staff.

In a pleasant space provided by Solidarity Daily. In the building of the European Solidarity Center Plac Solidarności 1 in Gdansk -
WHO IS THE FORGE FOR?
Forge is aimed exclusively at those operating in the Gdansk area. To people from NGOs, but also to people who are not yet affiliated, but are socially active and planning to open an organization. -
PARTICIPATION IS FREE
Attendance of more than 70% is required.
In the Forge you will get:
- The power to act and the courage to change reality,
- specific tools to manage the organization and the team,
- A network of contacts among female and male leaders of Gdansk NGOs.
