Brzostek Top Team is represented by people whose passion is fighting. We are fighting for dreams, both our own and those of young athletes. We are where they need us most. We have been actively involved in activating young people for many years.
The main goal of the initiative, titled “Forge of Blue Talents” is to create a sustainable cross-sector partnership for the development and implementation of a model socio-pedagogical innovation, complete and ready for implementation by stakeholders and entities of the non-governmental sector, both in the Pomorskie Voivodeship and nationwide. Model of socio-educational innovation titled. “The Blue Talent Forge is designed to make a lasting difference in the local community and the business, public and non-governmental sectors by sparking a real change in attitudes toward the therapeutic use of sports among children with growing social needs.”
“Forge of Blue Talents” is a ready-made scenario for working with children with exceptional needs , the main thrust of which is to involve sports activities in therapeutic work and to establish a lasting bond with the child, to help them express their own self and to arouse emotional expression, quite often suppressed by disorders.
